Griffith College, a private third-level college with campuses in Dublin, Limerick, and Cork, was founded in 1974. And thanks to the Honan family, since 1909, long before the Cork site went from hospital to educational institution, Wellington Road has been home to the Chapel. While the Chapel at Griffith College Cork no longer says mass, music lovers can experience one-of-a-kind live music events with tickets to intimate Candlelight concerts.
Full and part-time students are hard at work for their Law, Business, Computing Science, and Pharmaceutical Management courses. If you’re hoping to visit the campus or want to rediscover your favourite artist at a Candlelight tribute concert, you’ll be happy to find that Griffith College is only a 15-minute walk from St. Patrick’s Street.
