The whimsical drinks are the ‘Drink Me’ (Bombay Sapphire gin, butterfly pea flower tea syrup, luster dust, lemon juice), the ‘Late to the Party’ (Bombay Dry gin, green tea, clover honey, fresh lime juice, mint simple syrup), the ‘Alice’ (Bombay Sapphire gin, Oregon chai tea, fresh lemon juice, orange syrup), and ‘The Hatter Himself’ (Bombay Dry gin, white cranberry juice, sweet tea, fresh lemon juice, peach simple syrup, dash of bitters).
